Pool Service Technician

We are currently looking for a new member to join our team as a Pool Service Technician, servicing and maintaining swimming pools and spas throughout Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs and surrounding areas.
The role involves regular pool and spa cleaning and maintenance, water testing and chemical balancing, equipment checks, basic troubleshooting and general pool equipment maintenance. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any issues with pool equipment and providing friendly, professional service to our regular clients. The position offers plenty of variety and independence, with much of the work being carried out on your own and at different properties each day.
The ideal applicant will be reliable, punctual and take pride in their work, with a clean and professional presentation and a good level of physical fitness. You will need your own reliable vehicle and driver's licence, be comfortable working outdoors and have a practical, mechanical or analytical mindset.
Previous experience in the swimming pool industry would be an advantage, however it is not essential, as full training will be provided. The position would suit someone with a background in trades, gardening, mechanical work, hospitality or another hands-on industry.
We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term career rather than simply taking on a short-term job. The position offers regular Monday to Friday daytime work, no nights or weekends, ongoing training with the opportunity to progress into management.
Wage, fuel/vehicle allowance negotiable & grows in parallel to your experience & knowledge.
