We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join the team at Devil’s Hollow Brewery.
Who We Are
Devil’s Hollow Brewery is a locally owned independent brewery, with a taproom, cafe and kitchen. We’re a busy venue, serving great coffee, drinks, breakfast (weekends), lunch and dinner.
We pride ourselves on friendly service, quality food and drinks, and creating a great experience for our customers.
The Role
This is a weekday position, ideal for someone who enjoys café work, loves making great coffee and delicious sandwiches.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and has a professional attitude towards work.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving quality coffee and café beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Serving cakes, cabinet food and cold drinks
- Keeping the café, coffee station and service areas clean and organised
- Restocking and general café duties
- Assisting the wider front-of-house team when required
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous barista or café experience
- Can confidently work a coffee machine during busy periods
- Are reliable and punctual (early start 7.30am), positvie and can do attitude
- A good memory for regulars orders
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $26.44 – $42.37 per hour
