Your next career opportunity
As Centre Administrative Officer, you will provide high ‑ quality executive support to the Centre Director and COO, managing diaries, correspondence, travel and confidential documentation. You will gain experience in finance processing, event and committee coordination, and stakeholder engagement across a multi ‑ institution Centre hosted by the School of Physics.
Coordinate Centre committees and boards, preparing papers, recording minutes, maintaining SharePoint sites and tracking actions.
Deliver administrative and financial processing support, including invoices, reimbursements, credit card reconciliation and merchandise management.
Organise Centre events, workshops and meetings, managing logistics , communications, room bookings, catering and speaker coordination.
