Our work includes stainless steel, aluminium and glass fabrication, delivering high-quality, custom-built solutions across Sydney.
Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Labourer to join our team.
About the role
As a Labourer, you will support our workshop team in the manufacture of high-quality architectural metalwork, as well as travelling to job sites to assist with the installation of finished products. You will assist fabricators and welders with material preparation, handling and general workshop duties, and support the installation team on site, helping to keep production and project delivery running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the metal fabrication industry, with the chance to learn on the job and work alongside experienced tradespeople.
You must have working rights in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working in a teamwork environment.
- Using power and hand tools.
- Fabricating in our factory or attending sites to complete fabrication and installations of various products.
- Measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans, working out sizes, and cutting, fabricating and installing as per plans.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a labouring, workshop or trade assistant role (desirable but not essential).
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- White Card
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and time on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Current driver's license.
