Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused people to join our Game Day team for the 2026/2027 Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide United seasons.
Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), and Coopers Stadium (CS), in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD).
As South Australia’s home of business events, Adelaide Convention Centre is where global conferences, major exhibitions, gala banquets and other milestone celebrations come to life. Recognised as one of the world’s most versatile and innovative meetings and events venues, the Centre achieved triple honours at the prestigious 2025 Australian Business Event Awards, judged Australia’s Best Convention & Exhibition Centre, Venue Team of the Year and Overall Best Team in the industry.
From the electric atmosphere of sold-out games to premium hospitality and unforgettable fan experiences, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to thousands of patrons every game day.
Whether you're serving food and drinks, welcoming guests, supporting behind the scenes or helping keep our venues safe and clean, you'll be part of a team that brings South Australia's biggest sporting events to life.
Even better, you'll have the opportunity to work across all four AVM venues – Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and The Drive – opening the door to year-round events and exciting career opportunities.
These are fixed-term casual opportunities from September 2026 to April 2027, with the opportunity for ongoing casual employment for standout performers.
Available Opportunities
We're currently recruiting for:
Service Attendant, Concessions and Food & Beverage Attendants, Events & Functions
Working the Food & Beverage outlets serving guests food and beverage
Demonstrate versatility and responsiveness in dealing with guest requests
Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Deliver premium food and beverage service at corporate and special events.
Set up and reset event spaces to ensure smooth event delivery.
Provide professional, attentive service to create memorable guest experiences.
Cleaners
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the venue.
Clean public areas, amenities and event spaces before, during and after events.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests to support an exceptional guest experience.
Kitchen Attendants
Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment.
Assist with kitchen cleanliness and maintain high food safety standards.
Support chefs by maintaining organised, service-ready kitchens and transporting equipment across the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and The Drive.
Security
Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and contractors.
Monitor venue access, conduct patron screening and respond to incidents.
Deliver outstanding customer service while enforcing venue policies and procedures.

Additional requirements:
Current RSA Certificate (Food & Beverage roles).
Current Security Licence and RSA Certificate (Security roles).
