Salary: AUD $77,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, repairing, and installing custom cabinetry and joinery products for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders
- Manufacture and assemble cabinets, furniture, and joinery items
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber and other materials
- Install cabinets and joinery on-site as required
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with the construction and installation team
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Cabinet Making or related trade (Certificate III in Cabinet Making and timber Technology)
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing and installation
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- High attention to detail and workmanship standards
