This position will work in partnership with Child Safety Service Centre staff and management to map and locate kinship care options for children and young people in alternative care arrangements with a strong focus on culturally appropriate matching.
As a leader for this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems to support service delivery across the region. You will be supporting a newly developed team to practice consistently and provide a service that achieves outcomes of increasing kinship care and reducing residential care. Your understanding of data that informs the team's work and your ability to report on the outcomes/data of the team will be key in your ability to meet the duties and responsibilities of the role.
