Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Supervisor - Mobile Maintenance plays a critical role in leading the mobile maintenance team to safely deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across heavy mobile and ancillary equipment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and effective execution of maintenance activities to meet production and reliability targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing maintenance documentation, including CMMS updates, standard work instructions, and risk assessments
Coaching, mentoring and developing tradespeople and apprentices, promoting a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead maintenance teams in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
