What’s the job?
With sales of machinery on the rise our Landpower Centre Service Department is busier than ever and we need someone with exceptional administration skills to support our team with a range of administrative tasks, including;
- Planning, warranty processing, raising and booking of service jobs.
- Raising purchase orders and creating invoices.
- Providing frontline customer support for phone and email queries.
- Assisting with diary management.
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
About You
- You know how to use your service administration experience to add real value to a growing, experienced team of technicians, sales and operations people.
- You are open to adding to your skill set by learning from industry professionals with over 30 years of experience.
- As a highly organised person you love to help a team to be as efficient as possible and will think outside the box to achieve great outcomes.
- You are positive, even when the pressure is on and enjoy helping others to succeed.
- Communicating efficiently with a range of different people is second nature to you.
- You are proficient with the Microsoft suite and have experience using ERP software.
