We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on B2B sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting clients with product enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new accounts
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM / sales system
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, accounts, operations)
- Provide basic product advice and recommend suitable solutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM systems)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to help other areas/sectors of the company
- Experience in security, CCTV, IT, or electrical products is an advantage but not essential.
