Pizza Press Regents Park is looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead the team, maintain high standards, and support the owners drive the business forward.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operational requirements of the store including opening and closing procedures
- Identify and carry out food preparation requirements
- Lead and supervise staff during service
- Monitor and uphold food quality and consistency standards
- Oversee WH&S, Food Safety, cleanliness, and record keeping requirements
- Stock control
- Provide high levels of customer service and instil the same in the team
- Support training of new and existing staff
- Support rostering by suggesting changes to rosters based on shift requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
Skills and experience:
- A true hospitality professional with hands-on experience in a high-volume hospitality role
- Previous leadership / team management experience with good communication skills to ensure the team understands your expectations of them
- Good organisational and time management skills to identify priorities for each day
- Staying calm under pressure and during busy periods
- Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene
- Previous pizza experience is advantageous
- Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable car

Salary and shifts:
· For the right candidate, we are offering a salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 plus Super depending on experience and days worked
· The role is for 38 hours per week across five days with shifts being between 6 and 9 hours per day
· As the owners continue to work in the business flexibility in the roster exists that you won’t automatically be assigned the two quietest days as your days off, owners are happy to discuss your preferences for days off.
· Start times will be determined by the opening time of each day but anticipate between 10:45am and 2pm
· Finish times will be between 7pm and 10:30pm depending on the closing time and your shift
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
