Support Queensland's critical minerals agenda by leading business operations and governance for the Queensland Resources Common User Facility (QRCUF). As Manager, you will play a key role in preparing this new Townsville-based minerals processing facility for operations, ensuring alignment with departmental governance, financial and operational frameworks while enabling industry participation and growth.
In this role, your day involves leading initiatives that support the transition from construction to operations, providing high-level advice on financial management, reporting and revenue models and ensuring work programs are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with technical, business and legal experts to support operational planning and governance, contribute to Project Board activities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, other agencies, suppliers and future customers. You will oversee reporting, risk management and performance monitoring, while preparing complex briefings, submissions and communications to support decision-making.
Success in this role means the QRCUF is well-prepared for operations with sound governance, effective processes and strong stakeholder engagement in place.
