Join a high-performing national corporate function supporting senior leaders and Civeo’s Executive General Manager (EGM) group in a growing, fast-paced business. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to step into a highly visible role with direct exposure to the Executive Team.
Position Overview
Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role delivering high-level executive support to senior leaders within a national corporate environment.
This role offers extensive exposure across the corporate business, partnering closely with Executives and senior stakeholders while contributing to a consistent, high-quality service model across the organisation.
You’ll join a collaborative, nationally aligned Corporate Services team and be integral in driving operational excellence, process consistency, and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient management of time, priorities, and deliverables
- Manage complex and dynamic global calendars, meetings, and executive communications
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, events, and key leadership engagements
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Engage with senior stakeholders across EXCO and broader leadership teams
- Act as a key liaison point across internal and external networks
- Drive process improvements and leverage systems to enhance efficiency
Collaborate across the Corporate Services team, providing support and backup where required

Key Competencies & Experience
- You are an experienced Senior Executive Assistant (EA) or Executive Team Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and enjoys partnering at Executive level
- Proven experience supporting senior executives at C-level
- A systems-oriented mindset, with strong capability using Microsoft 365 tools to their full potential
Experience drafting professional executive correspondence

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent tech literacy, advanced across Microsoft Platforms
