About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and distribution. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement through to delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead demand and supply planning, forecasting and inventory management.
- Manage suppliers, contracts, purchasing and supplier performance.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing and distribution activities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular supply chain performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations and production teams.
- Manage supply risks and develop contingency plans.
- Lead, coach and develop supply chain and logistics team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant Australian regulations.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, purchasing, forecasting and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline is advantageous.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
