We are a Lotto Store based in the Engadine . We are a fast-paced working environment with a high customer count. We develop a family-like work environment and have great engagement with our local customers.
As a Retail Sales team member in a Lotto Store and Gift ware store you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who are visiting the store to purchase gifts and lotto games.
You will be required to maintain a clean and organised store, handle cash transactions, and assist customers in finding products they are looking for. You will be required to create a fun and engaging customer experience that customers enjoy coming to.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Engaging with customers to create friendly community relationships
- Assist customers in finding right products they are looking for and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Sell lottery tickets and scratch cards, and explain the different types of games available.
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
