Event Helper Role with Bike n' Blend pop up events

Bike n’ Blend is a thriving pop-up events company promoting cycling, sustainability, health and happiness using our Australian made blender bikes. We are a team of passionate event organisers who believe in ethical and sustainable practices to create a happier and healthier world - one smoothie event at a time!

Whether we are supplying bikes for an event, delivering smoothie ingredients or running our customer’s smoothie bike events, our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by catering to the event needs of a diverse range of happy pedallers.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate, proactive, reliable person to join our supportive and friendly team. You will be responsible for packing at our warehouse in Woollongabba, setting up our pop up smoothie stand and preparing smoothies for riders to make their own smoothie at events around the city. Full training will be provided. No event or food prep experience necessary, but must be able to drive a small van (Toyota Hiace). About You:
- Love the idea of working in different locations, with different people, spreading joy and a healthy message in a truly unique way.
- Are methodical, can follow instructions and take pride in providing impeccable customer service.
- Are reliable, trustworthy and able to work autonomously.
- Can think on-the-go and trouble-shoot problems as they arise.
- Can lift 15kg
- Has an Driver's Licence with no accident or demerit point record
- Live in close proximity to your state office (preferred). Office located in Woollongabba for QLD
- Are happy to work irregular shifts of approximately 10-25 hours a week, depending on our bookings.
- Available 5-7 days a week
Desirable but not essential:
Casual Rates:
- Monday - Friday: $36.11 per hour.
- Saturdays: $43.34 per hour.
- Sundays: $50.56 per hour.
- Public Holidays: $72.23 per hour.
