As an Inclusion & Diversity Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the Partnership, People and Culture team activating key data-driven initiatives within the team and providing advice to CoE's and business to ensure an inclusive, seamless and connected experience aligned with the People Value Proposition and Moments that Matter.

What you’ll do:

Project Management - Lead project delivery (end-to-end) and change management implementation with limited direction.

Reporting – translate data and insights into I&D recommendations and/or action plans for the business/Line of Service. Draft reports and board papers with oversight from I&D Leader.

Stakeholder management and influence – collaborate in cross-functional groups, build external relationships, influence leaders in the Employee Networks and develop deep internal working relationships to create the culture that we aspire to.

Risk, governance and continuous improvement – monitor and interpret relevant legislation related to I&D, and incorporate relevant changes into our policies, processes and artefacts.

Leadership and coaching – trusted I&D advisor to business leaders and coach PP&C members about I&D.

I&D SME – provide guidance on I&D best practice. Expertise in gender equality (Workplace Gender Equality Agency reporting, Respect@Work legislation) preferred.

Programs & Process Improvement – lead and help to design programs and changes that contributes to our I&D goals and strategy that is measurable.

Facilitation – able to run or cofacilitate workshops across the firm either I&D specific or broader Partnership, People and Culture sessions.
What we’re looking for:

SME experience: 3-5 years Inclusion and Diversity program management.

Data Analysis: Proficient in analysing quantitative and qualitative people data.
-
Insight Generation: Ability to translate data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform people priorities and decision-making.

HR Tools experience: Comfortable navigating survey platforms and data visualization tools.
-
Critical Thinking: Applies logical reasoning to evaluate data validity and relevance, ensuring decisions and recommendations are evidence-based.

Reporting and Presentation: Strong capability to create comprehensive reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Project & Change Management: Proven experience leading and supporting people-related projects, with a strong understanding of change management practices to effectively drive transformation.

Proven Experience in Delivering and Embedding I&D Change: Demonstrated experience in delivering cycle compliance reporting, I&D policy and process improvements, or end to end delivery of a I&D program of work that has achieved measurable positive change.
