Your Role as Centre Director: As the Centre Director, you'll be at the heart of our centre's success. You will:

Lead with Vision: Inspire and drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance our services.

Recruitment & Succession Planning: Attract, develop, and retain top talent while planning for the future leadership of your centre.

Manage Agency Spend: Oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability.

Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring that our centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.

Effective Rostering: Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor your team, empowering them to reach their full potential.

On this occasion, we are unable to accept applicants working towards their Certificate III or Diploma qualification, or applicants whose only qualification is a Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching without the required experience (see below). 3. Our centres operate extended hours. Whilst we do our best to be flexible, candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both. We are unable to accommodate school-hours-only availability.
What we're looking for:

Proven Experience as a Centre Director and experience in a similar Leadership capacity

Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia -
Working with Children Clearance

National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory

RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA), mandatory

First Aid & CPR Certificate/s, mandatory

Asthma Management Certificate
