What you'll be doing:

Taking inbound claims calls and guiding customers through the claims process while setting realistic expectations

Using strong communication skills to accurately gather details on claim circumstances and damages

Building rapport and delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our processes, systems, products and brands, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Contributing to team success, supporting colleagues and meeting individual performance targets.

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme

Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our new Adelaide office with great end-of-journey facilities

Start Date: Monday, 19 October 2026

Working Hours: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus a maximum of one Saturday every 2 to 3 weeks
