Disability Support Workers – Brookfield QLD
20–40 Hours Per Week | Multiple Positions Available | Ongoing Shifts
Assigned Guardian Angel is seeking reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a participant in Brookfield, QLD.
We have a substantial ongoing roster and are looking for multiple Support Workers to join the participant's support team.
Available Shifts
A variety of shifts are available across the week, including:
- Weekday daytime: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekday evenings: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: shifts between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Inactive overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 20–40 hours per week available, depending on availability and roster requirements
About the Role
Duties may include:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Household support
- Community access and appointments
- Social and community participation
- Supporting independence, choice and confidence
- Companionship and positive engagement
- Following participant support plans and risk management procedures
- Completing progress notes and required documentation
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
- Reliable, patient and professional
- Experienced in disability support
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Available for regular ongoing shifts
- Able to work independently and build positive rapport
- Flexible across day, evening, weekend and/or overnight shifts
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Disability support experience preferred
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or similar qualification highly regarded
