We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing marketing content across social media platforms and digital channels, with a focus on driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth for our clients.
The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of platform-native content strategy, data-driven campaign analysis, and creative content production across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms. Experience working with or across regulated and corporate industries is essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated social media and digital marketing strategies to grow audience engagement, increase brand visibility, and drive client acquisition across Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Finance, Ecommerce, Oil & Gas, and Legal industries
- Monitor and analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms (including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics), providing regular reporting and actionable insights
- Plan, produce, and oversee digital content including copywriting, graphic design, photography, short-form video (Reels, TikTok), and email campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and publish marketing content to social media platforms, including META (Instagram and Facebook), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Recommend and implement updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics and platform algorithmic reach.
- Apply statistical analysis and platform insights to evaluate the potential impact of content strategies on audience growth and campaign profitability
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, including list management, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content strategy with business objectives, campaign timelines, and brand guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners through targeted marketing initiatives and social media engagement
- Oversee website content management and updates across platforms including WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in social media marketing and digital content creation in a professional or agency environment
- Proven experience managing and growing brand accounts across META (Instagram and Facebook), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools including Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
- Experience producing short-form video content including Reels, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut and Canva.
- Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated copywriting ability across social media captions, campaign copy, and email content
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple client accounts, and work independently to deadlines.
