ABOUT THE ROLE
The Architectural Draftsperson plays a crucial role in our project development and execution. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for bringing architectural visions to life through detailed drawings and plans. Your work will help ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction documents.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications and contract documents.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design-related discussions.
- Revise drawings and plans according to client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs.
- Manage and organise project files and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design accuracy.
- Provide technical support to project teams throughout the construction process.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
