About the Role:
As a Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons using provided resources.
- Support students in a small-group setting for better impact.
- Identify learning gaps in students and highlight the developmental areas.
- Monitor and assess student progress.
- Develop personalised strategies to support each student’s learning.
- Foster and collaborate towards a positive, encouraging and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
You will have:
- Teaching or tutoring experience in Australia (preferred).
- University students with strong academic results encouraged to apply.
- Candidates living around Clyde VIC and neighbouring suburbs preferred.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and student success.
- Caring, patient and able to connect with children.
- A current valid WWCC (Victoria) (or willingness to obtain one).
