We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team, our medical Clinic is located at Bond University, Queensland.
What you'll be doing

Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling medical billing and administration tasks

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including customer service

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive patient information

Supporting the medical team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience
