We now operate multiple delis across Melbourne with more exciting projects in the pipeline, and we’re looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
Our Front of House team are the creators of the Hector’s guest experience . You’re someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and keeps calm during busy periods.
You’ll need strong barista experience , ideally in a high-volume café environment, and confidence behind the coffee machine during peak service.
This role is primarily front of house, but you’ll also be happy to jump in and support the team wherever needed , including light sandwich preparation during service.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Taking orders at the register and engaging with guests
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee during busy service periods
Running food and drinks to guests
Supporting the team with sandwich preparation when needed
Keeping the deli clean, organised and well presented
Assisting with opening and closing duties
