Adelaide Landscape Construction (ALC) is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Landscape Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Commercial Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of landscape construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
- Proven experience supervising and leading construction teams
- Technical knowledge of commercial landscape construction methods and processes
- Strong ability to plan works, solve problems, and perform under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and productivity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification in Landscape Construction or a related field
- Current Driver's Licence (MR Licence highly regarded)
- Excavator and other plant operating tickets highly regarded
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
- Implement and uphold WHS requirements, company procedures, and quality management systems
- Mentor and develop team members, apprentices, and emerging leaders
- Maintain positive client relationships and represent ALC professionally on site
- Complete project reporting, site documentation, and planning activities
