If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division, within the Enterprise Change Management Branch, driving practice change for the Transport cluster.
You will act as the front door of change for enhancing enterprise-wide change capability, with a strong focus on designing and delivering capability and learning solutions. This includes developing capability frameworks, embedding contemporary learning approaches, and delivering practical tools, training and initiatives that build capability across the organisation. You will support the ongoing development of the Centre of Excellence and Change Resource Hub, and help foster a Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing and continuous learning. In addition, you will lead capability uplift initiatives and provide targeted coaching and support to enable successful change outcomes.
If you’re passionate about change practice and achieving meaningful outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
