We're looking for enthusiastic Food Retail Assistants / Baristas to join our team.
Provide an outstanding customer experience
Set up, fill, and maintain product displays
Upsell products and promotions
Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks
Operate the coffee machine and prepare quality coffees
Complete food safety checks and records
Assist with cleaning and maintaining store presentation
Strong customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Confidence in engaging with customers and upselling
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience is highly regarded
Barista experience is preferred not required
To be successful in this role, you must be available to work:
Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays and Sundays: Between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Public Holidays and Christmas Period: Between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
