The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse team members and Territory Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, customer enquiries are resolved promptly, and strong relationships are maintained across the business.
What you will do
Process customer orders received via phone, email, web orders and fax.
Provide product availability, backorder, ETA and alternative product information.
Prioritise and assign orders for picking and dispatch.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to resolve enquiries.
Process customer credits, credit card payments and customer quotations.
Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving while supporting branch operations.
What we are looking for
Veterinary industry experience essential.
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and managing data.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate computer skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office.
A collaborative team player who is willing to support warehouse and branch operations as required.
