Description
· prepare, season and cook Japanese food in modern kitchen
· examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
· a full-time position
Tasks
· examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
· regulating temperatures of grills, flyer and other cooking equipment
· preparing and cooking Japanese food
· seasoning food during cooking
· portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
· storing food in temperature controlled facilities
· preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
· optional plan menus and estimate food requirements and train other kitchen staff and apprentices
Skill Level
Most applicants must have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
In Australia:
· AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
· Excellent English skills for communication and operation.
Salary
The salary offered is from $79,499 plus superannuation.
Pay: From $79,499.00 per year

- Wynnum QLD 4178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
