Responsibilities:
Engineering Excellence
- Support in the preparation of civil engineering documentation, reports, and
specifications for review.
- Assist with coordination activities between internal teams, designers, and external
stakeholders.
- Participate in site inspections, construction meetings, and project discussions to
develop practical knowledge.
- Contribute to resolving project-related challenges under guidance from senior
engineers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and industry practices in
civil engineering.
- Engage actively in training, feedback sessions, and team development activities to
build technical capability.
Design Capability
- Assist in the development of civil design models, drawings, and documentation using
tools such as 12D and Civil 3D under supervision.
- Contribute to the design of roads, drainage, earthworks, and utility services in line with
project requirements and design standards.
- Support civil designers in preparing detailed documentation packages for submission
and construction.
- Coordinate with engineers and drafters to ensure the design aligns with project
specifications and multidisciplinary inputs.
- Participate in internal design reviews and apply feedback to improve outputs and grow
design capability.
- Maintain structured design files and documentation in accordance with company
systems and version control protocols.
Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
- Comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures, actively participating in training and
maintaining essential documentation.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused workplace by identifying and reporting risks
and supporting corrective actions.
- Engage in emergency preparedness activities, ensuring readiness and a proactive
approach to safety and incident response.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
(recently completed or near completion)
