Description:
This role will lead the establishment, accreditation and operational management of ACN’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in line with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include establishing high-quality vocational education and training delivery, robust compliance with the Standards for RTOs, and effective governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement systems. The Manager RTO will also work collaboratively across our Education Division to develop sustainable programs, support business growth, and establish excellent learner and stakeholder outcomes.
Skills and Experiences:

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the NMBA and at least five years experience working as an RN
- Diploma of VET (TAE50122) or equivalent
- Knowledge of, and experience in educational planning, programming and evaluation in the VET sector
- Advanced computer skills in the use of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word and Excel) and learning platforms such as Moodle and Articulate
Desirable criteria:
- relevant post graduate education qualifications
- Experience leading the accreditation of an RTO
