The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and bubbly Casual Sales Associates to join our team and represent the ERIJEWELRY brand. You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful and memorable customer experiences, while bringing a warm, friendly energy to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in finding their perfect jewellery pieces
- Share product knowledge and promote services, including our permanent jewellery and personalised engraving
- Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean, organised kiosk
- Support inventory restocking
- Encourage customers to connect with us through social media and newsletters
What We’re Looking For
- A bubbly, friendly personality with a genuine passion for customer service
- A love for jewellery and fashion
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
