We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Battery Swap Operators to help keep our fleet of electric bikes powered and ready for customers. If you enjoy working independently, being on the road, and staying active throughout your shift, this is the perfect opportunity.
Your Role
As a Battery Swap Operator, you’ll travel between designated locations, removing depleted batteries from electric bikes and replacing them with fully charged ones. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our bikes remain available and operational for customers around the clock.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Replace flat batteries with fully charged batteries on electric bikes.
- Complete battery swaps safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic visual checks of bikes and batteries.
- Record completed swaps using a mobile app.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain company equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, self-motivated person who can work independently.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying batteries.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and navigation apps.
- Availability to work rotating shifts in our 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
