We’re a small, family-run carpentry business based in Malaga, proudly specializing in high-end modular transportable homes since 2018. Our team is made up of skilled, passionate people who enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

- Leading Hand Carpenter
- General Modular Carpenter

Available Roles Leading Hand Carpenter
As a Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for supervising a small team and managing day-to-day tasks on modular builds. You’ll work hands-on while coordinating site activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small team on-site
- Coordinate daily site operations and workflow
- Liaise with management and subcontractors
- Carry out high-level carpentry tasks, from framing to fit-off
- Maintain safety standards and project quality
Requirements:
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry
- Construction White Card
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Modular experience is an advantage but not essential
General Modular Carpenter
As part of our build crew, you’ll work across a range of carpentry tasks to help deliver our modular homes to the highest standard. You’ll be hands-on with everything from frame set-out to cladding and finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wall and roof framing, trusses, battens, fascia and guttering
- Window and door installation
- External cladding: James Hardie, corrugated/Trimdek, timber, composites
- 2nd fix carpentry: doors, cavity sliders, architraves, skirting, and fit-offs
- Work safely as part of a close-knit team
Requirements:
- Trade Certificate in Carpentry
- Construction White Card
- Experience in residential or modular construction preferred
- Good attitude, teamwork and attention to detail
