In this role, you will:
Working as part of a team delivering enterprise portfolio outcomes, this role provides strategic leadership of PPM tools, ensuring strong governance, integrated capabilities and data integrity to enable effective planning, delivery, performance reporting and evidence‑based decision‑making across the organisation.
You will lead enterprise strategy, governance and optimisation of PPM tools aligned to organisational strategy and delivery frameworks.
You will oversee integrations with finance, HR, procurement and reporting platforms to enable accurate, end‑to‑end portfolio insights.
You will deliver tool upgrades and enhancements while enforcing standards for configuration, data quality, security and reporting across portfolios.
You will provide executive portfolio analytics, manage vendors and SLAs, drive adoption with stakeholders, and build a high‑performing team of PPM specialists.

About you
You have extensive experience leading enterprise PPM tool strategy and governance within large, complex organisations.
Your skills include deep expertise in PPM platforms such as Planview, MS Project Online, Jira, Confluence and Power BI, integrated with finance, HR, procurement and BI systems.
You bring strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data governance, security frameworks, and collaboration across agile‑at‑scale and Lean Portfolio Management environments.
You demonstrate proven leadership in vendor management, contract and SLA oversight, strategic planning, benefits realisation, change management and uplifting multi‑disciplinary teams.
