Property Relief Managers -
Position: Live-In Relief Caretaker Wanted – Permanent Residential (Gold Coast)
Dates: Monday 31st August to Friday 25th September (5 days per week work schedule, 20 working days total. Onsite stay required for the full duration).
Complex Profile: Quiet 34-unit permanent residential building (27 units occupied).
Duties: Strictly facilities caretaking and maintenance only. No letting, no real estate duties, and no property software used. Duties include pool testing, bin rotation, gardening, and general common area cleaning. Minimal office work.
Accommodation: Onsite manager's residence provided free of charge for the duration of the contract. Ideal for a relief caretaker/couple.
Requirements: Must have a current ABN, public liability insurance, and experience in building caretaking. Please reply with your daily rate.
