We're growing our Workforce & Organisation team and are looking for purpose-driven learning practitioners passionate about shaping the future of work.
You'll help clients solve workforce challenges through capability development, organisational change, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled workforce analytics. Using evidence-based approaches, you'll design and deliver learning, adoption, and engagement initiatives that build the capabilities and ways of working needed for sustainable change and measurable business outcomes.
To succeed, you'll bring consulting and project delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design practical, evidence-led learning solutions that drive adoption and workforce performance.
Learning Strategy and Design:
- Design and implement learning strategies that support workforce transformation, technology adoption, and organisational change.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
Training Development and Delivery:
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting resources.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs.
- Coordinate training delivery across diverse stakeholder groups.
Adoption and Capability Building:
- Develop capability-building programs that maximise adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Partner with change and communications teams to integrate learning into transformation initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learner engagement and business outcomes.
Client Delivery and Impact:
- Work with clients to understand business needs, provide trusted learning advice, and deliver practical solutions.
- Contribute to consulting engagements through planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Collaboration and Culture:
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to learning assets, methodologies, proposals, and capability-building initiatives.
