We're looking for experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join the teams at Reine & La Rue and Florentino.

Our ideal candidate will have
- Proven experience in a similar role in premium, hatted or michelin starred restaurants
- A genuine passion for hospitality, eager to create an unforgettable dining experience
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, and a passion to continue learning
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence
- The ability to confidently manage a busy section
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistency in execution
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to work up to full-time hours
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)

Pay: $33.05 – $44.18 per hour
