Bimbadeen Pre-School is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our community-based sessional kindergarten and continue delivering exceptional early childhood outcomes for children and families. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an early childhood professional who is committed to child safety, educational excellence, and building strong relationships with families, educators, and the broader community. Reporting to the Committee of Management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensure regulatory and funding compliance, and drive continuous improvement across educational programs and service delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Victorian early childhood requirements, and a collaborative approach to supporting educators and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children and families. * Must hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, as recognised by ACECQA. * Hold a current ACECQA compliant First Aid Certificate, including Resuscitation, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis.
