As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Representative supports JIALIFT Australia Pty Ltd’s business growth by visiting potential clients, distributing promotional materials, and generating sales leads. As the first point of contact, the role is key to building brand visibility and a strong sales pipeline, requiring professionalism and effective communication to ensure that accurate customer information is captured and shared.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
-Visit potential clients daily and distribute promotional materials.
-Professionally present and promote the Company’s products and services.
-Collect, maintain, and record accurate customer contact details and leads in the CRM.
-Maintain ongoing communication with potential customers and hand over qualified leads.
-Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department.
-Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
-Acquire product knowledge to respond to general customer inquiries.
-Assist with sales materials, quotations, and customer records as required.
-Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
-Comply with Company policies, WHS standards, and data privacy requirements.
-Attend client meetings, present quotations, and support the closing of sales opportunities.
Required Skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, meet daily or weekly activity targets, and manage time effectively.
-Proactive and persistent attitude towards lead generation and customer engagement.
-Basic computer literacy; ability to record information accurately in CRM or reports.
