WE’RE HIRING — PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP FITNESS COACH
Power to Move is looking for a passionate, reliable and energetic Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach to join our growing team.
We are especially looking for someone who is available for our early morning gym block, ideally between 6:00am and 10:00am, with the potential for additional hours as the role grows.
This role would suit someone who is confident, warm, organised and genuinely loves helping people move better, feel stronger and build confidence.
At Power to Move, we work with a wide range of clients including general gym members, personal training clients, group fitness participants and people with disability. Our approach is built around:
Movement. Meals. Mindset. Me.
The role may include:
- Coaching small group fitness sessions
- Supporting PT clients
- Helping with strength, cardio and functional training
- Building relationships with members
- Supporting a positive and inclusive gym culture
- Assisting with member check-ins, fitness testing and goal setting
- Helping clients feel safe, capable and welcome
We are looking for someone who has:
- Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A friendly, confident and professional approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and initiative
- A genuine love of people, movement and community
- Willingness to work with a diverse client base
Experience is great, but the right attitude matters most. This could also suit someone who is recently qualified or finishing their fitness studies and ready to grow within a supportive, community-focused business.
