The Role
Reporting to the National Projects & Accounts Manager and based in Darra, you will manage the delivery of small to medium service projects across contracted sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to VAE standards—while driving strong customer outcomes and project profitability.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring time, cost, quality, and margin targets are achieved

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers

Manage project financials including forecasting, cashflow, reporting, and variations

Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and progress claims
-
Support estimating, tendering, and solution development for new opportunities
-
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery and business outcomes
About You
-
Trade-qualified (Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical Plumbing, or Sheet Metal)

Proven project management experience within HVAC or building services

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and margins
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving ability

Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
