We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our dealership team. This is a key administration role supporting our Sales team by ensuring vehicle stock, orders, registrations and delivery paperwork are managed accurately and efficiently.

As our Stock Controller, you’ll play an integral role in managing the dealership’s vehicle stock from order through to customer delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Administration, Suppliers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are available, prepared and delivered on time.
Your key responsibilities will include but limited to:
- Manage accurate vehicle stock records, orders and inventory systems
- Process supplier invoices, pricing and vehicle documentation
- Source, negotiate and swap vehicles to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate registrations, delivery paperwork and vehicle preparation
- Ensure vehicles are delivered accurately, on time and to specification
- Provide exceptional service while managing administration, compliance and WHS requirements
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives on getting the details right.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle stock control and dealership processes
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication, customer service and professional phone manner
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Current Australian Class C Driver Licence with a strong WHS focus
