Perfect Edge Smash Repairs is a busy smash repair workshop in Tottenham. We repair a mix of small and large collision jobs and take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and a strong team culture.
The role
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team. You'll be responsible for completing high-quality collision repairs and working with the workshop team to meet quality and delivery targets.
Key duties
- Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and structures to manufacturer standards
- Carry out metal finishing, shaping, alignment and fit-up
- Use workshop equipment safely (welders, grinders, pulling equipment, hand tools, etc.)
- Remove and refit bolt-on panels and components as required
- Identify repair requirements and report any additional damage to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow WHS procedures
- Work collaboratively with painters/assemblers to deliver quality outcomes
What we're looking for
- Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or similar) as a minimum qualification
- At least 1 year of experience as a Panel Beater / Accident Repair Technician
- Ability to handle both small and larger smash repair jobs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
