We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Host to join our team at Studley Park Boathouse.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience. You’ll manage reservations, greet and seat guests, coordinate table allocations and communicate closely with the management and floor teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
About you:
- Experience in a busy café or restaurant environment
- At least one year of relevant hospitality experience
- Experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservation platform is essential
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing reservations, table allocations and guest enquiries
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
- Weekend availability is essential
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
