About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Key Responsibilities

Administer Medications and treatments within your scope of practice

Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans

Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.

Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.

Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative working environment
What You Will Need

AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Personal attributes - empathy, compassion and patience
Candidates must hold a current National Police Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
