As a School Assistant within our Vie Scolaire team, you will be the heartbeat of daily school operations. This is a highly visible, dynamic role where you will ensure a safe, positive, and well-organized environment for our students. From the morning gate welcome to afternoon dismissals, you will support teachers, engage with parents, and champion student safety and happiness.
Student Supervision & Wellbeing
•
Create a Safe Environment: Monitor and supervise students throughout the school day across key areas, including playgrounds, corridors, the canteen, study periods, and transport gates.
•
Daily Support: Welcome students warmly, manage playground duties during recess/lunch, and supervise students during exam periods (DST).
•
First Aid & Care: Administer basic first aid when required, accurately recording and reporting illnesses or injuries with the utmost confidentiality.
•
Positive Culture: Ensure school rules and regulations are respected, managing minor student conflicts with empathy and fairness.
Educational, Cultural & Co-Curricular Support
•
Resource Support: Assist with the supervision and daily flow of the Centre de Documentation et d’Information (CDI / Library).
•
Enrichment: Lend a helping hand during extra-curricular, cultural, artistic, and sporting activities to help build a thriving school community.
Administration & Communication
•
The Face of the School: Act as the first point of contact for parents and carers, answering phone calls, handling front-desk inquiries, and routing communications to the right teams.

Daily Operations: Manage student attendance and absences efficiently using school management software (Pronote).
•
Logistics: Coordinate daily student flow, assist with IT/maintenance tickets, and prepare for daily events or schedule changes.
