About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Office Manager to join our busy automotive workshop. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and office operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow across the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining a professional and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate customer bookings, enquiries, and service scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and company records.
- Allocate tasks and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and management to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Support payroll, invoicing, accounts administration, and reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and relevant legislation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Office Management, Administration Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
- Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
