About the role and where you will be working:
We’re looking for a Hospitality team member to join our friendly crew at Villa Pelletier in West Leederville. In this casual role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly and contribute to a warm, homelike environment for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Cleaning resident areas, maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and facility areas to a high standard.

Routine and deep cleaning, following infection control and hygiene procedures.

Safe equipment use, operating and maintaining cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies correctly.

Surface sanitisation, ensuring floors, touchpoints, and shared areas remain hygienic.

Waste management, sorting, removing, and replacing bins in line with facility guidelines.

Stock monitoring, keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting when replenishment is needed.

Laundry support, collecting, sorting, washing, drying, and folding items as required.

Kitchen hand duties, assisting with basic food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Meal service assistance, supporting food and beverage delivery to residents.
About you:
You enjoy connecting with elderly residents and take pride in delivering high quality work. You’re a natural multitasker with strong time management skills and thrive in a role where care and attention to detail make a meaningful difference. If you have a caring nature and are seeking a stable and rewarding role, this could be the perfect fit.
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
- Previous experience in laundry, cleaning or hospitality (aged care experience highly regarded)

An understanding of infection control and safe work practices

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude

Reliability, punctuality and strong attention to detail
